For the health and safety of our friends who come to the meetings and the current COVID19 virus, this decision was made.

We hope everyone is staying healthy and safe wherever you are.

Since we are all hunkering down and need something to do, maybe a little genealogy research will do. Here are some suggestions:

Start with yourself and write down on a piece of paper; parents and grandparents information (birth dates, death dates and where), burial information, where they went to school, were they in the military etc.
Read a book regarding history of the area where you live or your ancestors.
Organize all your pieces of paper regarding genealogy tidbits on a person (I have a folder for each person).
Call a relative (especially and older one) and ask about the family. They'd love to hear from you! Just like the old days!

That should get you started. Stay healthy and safe!
